“JEWISH JAZZ”

Exciting Interconnections between
Klezmer and early American Jazz

March 11-March 14, 2025

AmiciMusic returns to Florida with their fantastic “JEWISH JAZZ” program featuring the incredible Seth Kibel on clarinet and Artistic Director Daniel Weiser on the piano.  They will perform some exciting Klezmer-influenced music by Michele Magnani, Lev Kogan, Bela Kovacs, and Simon Sargon while also making fascinating connections between the Jewish sound and early American Jazz, especially through the music of Benny Goodman and Artie Shaw.  Mr. Kibel is a phenomenal performer who has been voted best musician in the Baltimore/DC area for several years and Dr. Weiser has travelled the world spreading music, history, and joy to over 30 countries.
