Beautiful music for clarinet, cello, and piano
Works by Beethoven, Brahms, Bruch & more

July 14, 2019

Listen below to Muphen Whitney’s newest Podcast about this exciting concert:

This will be a wonderful program of music for clarinet, cello, and piano with two outstanding guest artists joining Artistic Director Daniel Weiser at the piano.   Belorussian-born Yevgeny Dokshansky has won numerous awards and prizes for his clarinet and saxophone playing.  He is currently the Artistic Director of the Ensemble Next Parallel in Washington, D.C.  Cellist Pei Lu, winner of the top prize in the National Cello Competition in China, is now Associate Principal Cellist of the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra.

This concert will include works by three B’s—Beethoven, Bruch, and Brahms—as well as some shorter Klezmer-style pieces that will get your toe tapping.

Home of Daniel and Kisha Weiser
208 Northway, Baltimore

Join us for another very intimate concert at the Guilford home of Daniel and Kisha Weiser at 208 Northway.  Delicious food and drinks are included in the price as you take a trip back in time to the style of a 19th century Salon.  Feel the vibrations of the music as you sit within a few feet of the artists and converse with them during intermission and after the show.  There is nothing quite like the House Concert experience.  Seating is limited and reservations are required.
