Join us for a very special concert featuring four singers and two pianists in this wonderful connection of Words and Music, which also happens to be the name of a vocal group based in the DC/Baltimore area dedicated to performing music for small vocal ensembles. This program features works for that ensemble, comprised of soprano Melissa Coombs, mezzo-soprano Kyle Engler, tenor Tae Min Cha, and baritone William Heim, and four-hand piano, comprised of pianists Daniel Lau and Daniel Weiser. They will perform the beautiful and melodic Liebeslieder Waltzes by Brahms as well as three fun tributes to these beloved pieces by John Greer, John Corigliano, and PDQ Bach. Enjoy a very special program of exciting vocal chamber music.
